Role Overview

We are hiring licensed mortgage loan officers for our Chesterfield, MO headquarters who thrive in a high-volume, lead-provided environment. You will manage a steady flow of company-provided leads and guide borrowers through Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA financing from first call to close.

As a direct lender, we provide leads daily along with in-house marketing, web design, and social support. You will begin working on-site at our Chesterfield office, with the flexibility to work remotely at times after an initial period.

Key Responsibilities

1Manage a high volume of company-provided leads and convert them into funded loans.

2Originate and structure Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans around the borrower's goals.

3Guide borrowers through the process with clear, proactive, and timely communication.

4Collaborate on-site with in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams to close on time.

5Maintain accurate records and pipeline notes in our systems.

Required Qualifications

Active MLO license (NMLS).

Prior experience originating in a high-volume, lead-provided call center environment.

Able to work on-site daily at our Chesterfield, MO office, at least initially.

Preferred Qualifications

A track record of strong conversion on company-provided leads.

Experience building a self-sourced book of business alongside provided leads.

Familiarity with Encompass.

Skills & Competencies

Strong sales aptitude balanced with sound mortgage product knowledge.

Excellent phone presence and written communication.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward production goals.

Comfortable working in Salesforce (our CRM) and Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology (our loan origination platform); prior hands-on experience with either is a plus, and we train the right person.

Comfortable using modern AI tools to work more efficiently - for example, drafting and paraphrasing emails, summarizing documents, and sharpening written communication - while always handling client and company information securely.

Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a habit of picking up the phone to resolve issues directly across sales, processing, underwriting, and closing.
