Starting the application does not trigger a hard credit inquiry. A credit pull only occurs when you move forward with a formal loan submission, and Greg will walk you through that step and timing personally. If you have concerns about your credit, call Greg before submitting.

Do I need all my documents ready before I start?

No. You can begin the application, save your progress, and return later. Document upload is the final step, so you can complete all personal and financial sections first and gather your paperwork in the meantime.

Can I save my progress and come back later?

Yes. The application saves automatically as you go. Log back in with the same username and password at any time to continue from where you left off - there is no deadline to complete it in one session.

Can I apply with a co-borrower?

Yes. In Step 1 (Application Info) you can choose to include a co-borrower. The application will then collect the same personal, employment, asset, and liability information for them alongside yours.

What if I am self-employed?

Self-employed borrowers follow the same 8 steps. In the Employment section, indicate that you are self-employed. The document upload step will prompt you for 2 years of business and personal tax returns instead of W-2s and pay stubs.

How long does the application take to complete?

Most applicants finish in 15-20 minutes when they have their financial details on hand. There is no time limit - save your progress and return whenever it is convenient for you.

What happens after I submit my application?

Greg receives an immediate notification and personally reviews your file. He will reach out to discuss your situation, answer any questions, and walk you through the next steps - typically within one business day.
