Role Overview

Our Customer Service Department keeps our call center in front of clients and their needs, and it is often the first step into a career with our company. Whether you come from customer service, hospitality, restaurant work, retail, sales, or another fast-paced, people-focused field, this is an excellent opportunity to grow.

This is a salaried, plus bonus, inside sales position centered on outbound calling, client communication, and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities

1Manage inbound and mostly outbound calls with clients.
2Use our software to reach clients through multiple channels.
3Transfer calls to the correct team member when needed.
4Meet or exceed individual customer service and production goals.

Required Qualifications

Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calling.
Able to learn multiple software programs quickly and comfortable with technology.
Excellent verbal communication, listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, or sales.
Experience in a commission- or goal-based role.

Skills & Competencies

Dedication to service that exceeds client expectations and builds loyalty.
Strong attention to detail while consistently meeting production goals.
Ability to multitask and manage personal productivity.
Comfortable working in Salesforce (our CRM) and Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology (our loan origination platform); prior hands-on experience with either is a plus, and we train the right person.
Comfortable using modern AI tools to work more efficiently - for example, drafting and paraphrasing emails, summarizing documents, and sharpening written communication - while always handling client and company information securely.
Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a habit of picking up the phone to resolve issues directly across sales, processing, underwriting, and closing.
